Dale Frisch was born and raised in Madison Wi. Real Estate had always been a passion of his but never knew how to get into it. After attending University of Wisconsin Whitewater for Computer Science, he received and accepted a job offer to come work in the Twin Cities as a Computer Network Engineer.
Dale started Attractive Realty after working for a small real estate brokerage in Rosemount. He knew that he had a fight on his hands to beat out the big name Real estate companies in town. He found that he had an advantage over the big companies since his knowledge and great level a customer service isn’t taught from a manual, but learned through feedback and referrals from this clients. Dale had to learn on his feet and come up with new ways to solve problems, but still stay focused on the clients wishes.
Dale has been serving the twin cities metro area for over 6 years now.

Short Selling: Dale has been working on short sale for the past 3 years and has seen a lot of situations, along with having an excellent track record. Dale uses a lawyer to verify all transactions to make sure that his clients are protected and that a laws are followed.
Buying a home: Dale will analyze your current and future situation and help you decide on the best home buying option for you. Dale understands that purchasing a home is a big responsibility and that there are a lot factors that will weigh on this. Dale also use the best technology to help his clients see, evaluate and decide what the home buying market is presenting them.
Veteran Home Purchasing: Dale is honored to be able to serve those who have served our country. With the VA home loan process there are several details that are not in a normal home buying Transaction. Dale works to make sure that all details are reviewed and that our veterans get the best home they can.
Vanessa is a Loan officer with Wintrust Mortgage and has the same driving passion to help people that Dale does. Vanessa company Wintrust Mortgage has several loan products such as VA loans, FHA 203k, FHA and Investment up to 10 properties. Vanessa works with several other agents and is very successful in help her clients get home loans and refinance them.
