			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am currently working with several buyers in all price ranges and what is happening is just crazy.  For the last 4 years we have heard that it is buyers market for buying homes.  Due to population growth and sellers staying out of the market there is now a shortage of homes.</p>
<p>Homes are flying off the market in less than 30 days.  Builders can&#8217;t build them fast enough.   One of the problems that I am seeing is buyers are looking for a deal and this hard when you have very few forecloses and so many buyers.  Sellers have mortgages and are unable to give the buyer a deal since it would mean giving up everything they would have to get out.</p>
<p>If you are looking to buy, you will need to adjust your mindset to what the market is presenting you.  Interest rates are still low and prices have not come up that much and you will still be getting a deal compared to rent.</p>
<p>If you are seller, now is the time to get your home on the market.  Even if you don&#8217;t think that you will be able to sell, the buyers maybe able to come up since the lack of inventory and low interest rates.</p>
